Hey! Maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn't require lots of money. Eat healthy foods and eat in moderation. Instead of buying cookies, buy strawberries ect
If completely cutting out cola gives you headaches, begin by minimizing the amount you drink and taper yourself off. If you drink four colas a day, start drinking 2 a day and continuously lower your amount slowly to wean your body from it's need of caffeine.
As for exercise with a baby; put her/him in the stroller and go for a walk, power walk, or jog! When he/she gets a little older walk to the park, play games outside (tag, basketball, bike ect)

Hi, I'm 13, 5'2, 135 pounds, and I am not able to get out of the house very often. I mainly need help because I think that my weight is becoming a problem. It is causing me to become very self- consicous which is making me very anti-social. I also think that I am out-of-shape so I start to work out, but every once in a while I get a sharp pain in my lungs so I stop, but then it takes me forever to get back on track again. My school does a run almost every week and each time I get it done in fairly good time, but afterwards, I am always bright red and breathing really heavily unlike anyone else. I have been told by many people that I am not fat, but after, they look at themselves and start talking about how they need to lose weight when they are thinner than me so it doesn't give me any confidence. I am not able to join any sports at the moment so I am stuck at home looking after my siblings most of the time, making it very difficult to find time to exercise or anything. I am getting very worried because lately, all of my pants/shorts will fit me one week and then two weeks later, I can't even get them on. I am big boned so it is difficult to look "ok". I also would like to know if there is anything to help my problem when it comes to wideness... It isn't muscle, it is just fat, but I can't seem to get rid of it. So I look good from the side, but I look HUGE from the front and it makes me uncomfortable. Usually in times like this, people tell you to stick with friends that are supportive and encouraging, but it is really hard for me to do that when all of my friends are worried about the same thing and all they want to talk about is how much bigger they are getting.
