We all want to be fit, some more than others, but the fact is nobody wants to be overweight. Not only does it affect your self esteem, but it also puts you at risk of suffering from diseases associated with high calorie levels. However, in this fast paced world, with our busy and hectic schedules it is becoming harder to keep fit as we barely have time to exercise or watch what we eat.
