Your eating habits have been built up over your lifetime and resemble a pyramid. If you wanted to dissemble a pyramid you only have two choices, blow it up or start taking the blocks down one at a time from the top. Diet plans offer to help you disassemble the pyramid, but cruelly, all they do is rearrange the blocks and often add more.
