Just eat healthy regularly and drink lots of water. You are still young so you don't need a diet. if you want to stay at a healthy weight DO NOT drink soda or eat fried foods. Every once in a while it is okay but never more than once a week. Make sure that you do some sort of exercise every day (even walking). Just like being obese, being too skinny can kill you. Please be careful. Remember, drink LOTS of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables (having them as a snack in between meals when you feel hungry is a great way to fill your stomach without worrying about gaining unwanted weight).
