hi! drink LOTS of water. if u hula hoop 4 12 minutes u can burn 100 calories. if u carry a small child for 15 min u can burn a 100 calores. if u take a nap 4 an hour and a half u can burn a 100 calories. if u tread water, play badminton, or bike ride for a short time u can burn 100 calories. i hope this helped! :)
