Hi everyone i'm 16 and im about 5ft 1 or and i weigh about 9 to 10 stones i have a really fat stumach i mean it hangs off and got streach mark and i don't no what to do im also a size 10 and thats just the UK Size now in america they would consider me an obese!! also im a muslim so i eat halal meat by the way and a traditoin food is rice nd curry but i eat anything lol help me plz!!!
