I'm 14 years old, 4'11'' and I weigh 93lbs. I know this is a pretty good weight for my height but I have a stomach that I'd like to lose and I'd love to improve my mile time since I run for the track/cross country team at my school. I have the whole summer without school so I plan to go running/jogging. Any other tips?
