The best advice I can give you is to not give yourself a time limit. It is unrealistic and when you don't manage to achieve what you want, chances are you'll get depressed and make bad lifestyle choices. Concentrate instead on making healthy changes. Choose something that you think you'll enjoy be it gym, a group class, dancing, Zumba...whatever and eat healthy. Cut the junk food out, drink lots of water and gradually the weight will start to drop! Good luck!
