you're 12 and weigh 118? sounds perfect to me! I weighed 148 when I was 12. How tall are you? even if you're under 5' I still think 118 is fine. Eat a great breakfast, a good lunch and dinner, don't eat in between, unless a piece of fruit, and get some exercise like riding a bike or even just walking, and you will always be fine. and, at 12, stop obsessing about your weight. it will continue to fluctuate as you mature.
