Im 15, 5'6, and I weigh about 68kgs. Most of my weight is around my stomach and hips. I do ballroom dancing 2 1/2 hours a week and linedancing 2 hours a week. I stretch everyday. Its almost summer and everyone I know has a bikini body. And I know this is probably the worst thing ever but I don't eat any fruit or veg, will that effect my weight loss?
