if you want to lose weight you need to drink lots of water. NO SODA OR ALCOHOL!! Eat lots of fruits and vegies with and between meals. you are young so you dont need to worry about surgery. stay active and you should get and stay fit. http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi_tbl.pdf
