hey haaley the diet that that worked for me goes as follows:
breakfast-a bowl of cereal
lunch- a chicken sala/tuna salad, and soup
snacks: crackers, apples, basically any fruit you like.
dinner: now this is really important, for dinner, allow yourself to have a normal meal, whether it's pizza or spaghetti or any kind of carbs, its ok really. as long as you don't accompany your dish with dessert, you'll be fine. Also make sure you eat dinner at least 5 hours before you go to bed.
and voila, in a week's time you'll start seeing results, but for you to properly loose wait, i'd say three weeks into the diet is needed. This worked for me!
The most important thing you must cut off is bread and junk food/fizzy drinks/chocolate etc.
