April, it doesn't sound like you've gained that much weight since last year, and remember, sweetie, you're still growing! Your body's going to be doing some odd things with height and weight for the next two or three years, but in the meantime, you can help by cutting waaaay back on junk food (and eating fresh fruits and veggies instead) and by squeezing in 20 minutes of heart-pounding exercise every day (well, you can have Sunday off).
