Hi Carah! I love your note: you want to make your guy go into shock! LOL! The key is to replace the junk food (empty calories) with healthful choices, like fresh fruits and veggies. Then add 20 minutes of good heart-pounding exercise to your day. Jump on a trampoline. Go for a brisk walk or jog. Do exercises at home (like crunches and lunges and squats) and you'll be looking and feeling better by the time he comes home from deployment. :)
