Hi I'm 15 and I'm in the same sort of situation. It isn't nice but I have started to get up early to take my dogs for a walk and drink lots of water because it helps stop you feeling as hungry. On a weekend get up early and have some breakfast then go back to bed that way you can start you metabolism but I also fitted in some of the other suggestions and it's really working. I have lost 8lbs in 3 weeks. :) hope I helped
