all you need to do is to drink at least two full glass of water before you eat your meal. it will make you full already! and it will reduce your calories. you can also exercise by walking for at least 1 hr. and dont forget to drink water when you exercise. i know this is hard (it is hard for me as well) but less proportion of food. if you get hungry then drink water and eat fruits! hope this helps!
