I totallly agree, I was always to shy to do swim suites but I did attempt to over come on a few occasions. But I did something similar to prepare cause ( I was told repeaditly not to have any fat on my butt) and I swear I never got enough time to get in shap shap which I feel needs 6 months for me and I didnt stress so much cause you dont have to when your fully clothed in my opinion.. And this is not healthy by any means but if your in the buisnes and a contract and.or allot of money or opportunity is on the line. Now I only did this in my late 20's a handful of times! By the 3td time I figured it out that it is allot easier to stay in good shape then to do this cause it is hard on your body. And this was after a baby and I had 2 months to loose 30 pounds. I ate 5 times a day but I would eat one meal of lean no nothing chicken. Then I would eat steamed vegges if I had time to cook, I normally didnt so I would take a head of iceburg lettuce (no nutrition but for some reason stays fresher longer for me) cut into fourths and dip it in italian dressing like a totally boaring wedge salad. I would eat as much as I wanted its basically water and really I think its a great fast or way to flush your system if you need it.

But I bought a gym quality stairmaster and I would set it for the sprint mode where there all 1.5 minute intervals but its like littel hills, so its 2. for 1.5 min then it goes to 3 or4 for 1.5 min then it goes to 5 or 6 at 1.5 then back down to 2 and so on. I would do 30 to 40 min then super lite lite jog/walk 30 I would do the liter weights longer reps and alternating upper and lower. OMG I loved my bod. The pics turned out awsome but arr its so much disapline to much for me all the time better balance somewhere inbetween!
