I signed up to this Forum months ago, but have only started my serious effort at becoming more healthy in the last few weeks.
I have stopped eating dairy and processed foods, to a large extent. I am eating about a 70% raw food diet, which consists mostly of veg, fruit, some nuts, sprouts, rice...
