invest in zumba classes! its the best thing i ever did! I lost 37 pounds so far. i weighed 257 now i weigh 220! seriously its so much fun. it helps if you have another weightloss buddy to help you. i tried curves but was bored. i tried the gym but embarrased because everyone there was skinny. I tried zumba and i loved it! You may not get the moves at first but some of the music is current(depending on your instructor)and a plus mostly women do the class so i never feel bad for messing up. You get to work on your dancing skills and zumba trims yourbody. (the real secret)
