Eat More, Weigh Less?
There is so much stigma surrounding the topic of eating that everyone is paranoid and afraid to do it. This fear has led to all kinds of CRAZY things. So what's the truth?! For a moment, don't think about so much WHAT you're eating as much as WHEN you're eating. This isn't the old adage of don't eat after 6 pm either.
