Hi my name is Hazel and im 5"4"1/2 inches tall and weigh (at the moment) 123.9 pounds on my hips and belle i want to get rid of the fat and im trying out for track and want to lose the pounds in fat and gain the pounds in muscle and honestly since i started running ive been sleeping better and im trying to change my diet (which is alittle hard sometimes) but i know that it will be worth it in the end. any tips on loosing calories faster?
