Losing Weight Doesn't Have to Be Hard Work - It Can Be Positive and Empowering
Often we don't want to take the first step to improving our health because we presume it is going to be hard work. We imagine we will have to cut down or give up our favourite foods. We think we will have to continuously watch what we eat, not eat in between meals and start some form of exercise or increase the exercise we are currently doing.
