Welcome to All Women Stalk! Starving yourself at any age is a terrible idea but especially when you are as young as 13. Your body needs as much nutrition as it can possibly get at this point and you need to stop it. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is by becoming more active. Join a sport, dance class or swim. And more importantly watch what you eat. Cut the junk out, eat healthy, smaller meals but more frequent and lots of water.
