It's ok to want to lose weight but just remember that its not about the number on the scale its about being healthy and strong. When you look in the mirror just remember your goal of how you want your body to look and that should help to keep you motivated. Don't go on a diet because they never work....eat healthy not necessarily less. Good luck and keep trying.
