Baby boomers, when trying to lose weight or ensure that your eating habits are healthy you must identify your enemies. Your number one enemy is sugar, number two is processed foods and the chemicals that they contain. Remember weight loss by itself is not worth it if the weight loss is at the expense of your health. "You can have your cake and eat it too"... So to speak if you make sure that you lose weight the healthy way.
