Hey there. You lose weight the healthy way through a combination of healthy eating and regular exercise. You may not like running now, but just give it a try. At the same time, use that Zumba game. I've heard from my friends and other All Women Stalk readers that it's a fun and effective way to lose weight. But really, it's not so much the exercise you choose to do, it's more of how consistent you are with performing it. As for dieting, I have only one thing to say about it: it doesn't work. Like you said, you just get tired of eating a few things that are allowed in a certain diet program. It is so much better to eat natural, healthy foods with the occasional treat.
