hi im 20 years old and weight 150. should i be worried about loosing weight? it moslty in my hips and some in my tummy. im not happy with the way i look but every time i try to stop eating so much junk food i just cant. the more i say i dont need it the more i want it so i eat it. i do exercise but with eating the junk food its not helping eny. i lost about 8 pounds in 6 months. i think i should have lost more then that. eny suggestions?? please i need all the help i can get. i dont have the money to do diet pills or enything like that. jod i need a job lol maybe it would help me loose weight. but thiers nuthing here:(
