Well all I can say is think about all the effort you have already put in. It certainly could not have been easy and you should be super proud of yourself. If you are bored of your routine, why not try something new? Zumba is a lot of fun and if dancing is not your thing, there are plenty of other group classes that you can opt for. Alternate that with swimming or a sport. or yoga, pilates. When you look into it there will be tons of new things you could try. Also, the biggest thing I can tell you is that this is going to be a change for life. You can't think "Oh I've done it for 1 and a half year and I wish I could stop." No. You can take a break, have off phases but it has to be a part of your life always.
