I have a question. I was a size 2 most of my life. Even after giving birth to our 3 children, so I can't blame childbearing for my weight gain. Ever since I turned 38(I'm now 40) I just have no energy. I own a gym membership but it's a daily struggle to get there. My arms have gotten big and very flabby. I miss my shape soo much & know I need to exercise but how do I gain the energy & moviation to actually start doing something about it? Also, lately I am ALWAYS hungry. I begun eating healthier but I never feel full or satisfied.
