Sugar Glycemic Index: Excessive Sugar Consumption
The sugar glycemic index is another name for GI or the glycemic index. The index is used to measure how fast a certain food can raise the level of your blood sugar. A food with a GI value of 55 and below is considered as a low GI food. Those with a value of 55 to 70 are considered as moderate GI foods and those with a GI value of 71 to 100 are high.
