Airport Workout
If you travel a lot and spend a lot of time in the airports carrying bags, there is still a way to keep in shape and stay active. Say for instance you find yourself waiting in a long line to check in. If you carry two bags with you that weight approximately the same then there are a few things that you can do to work some muscles and get a little sweat while you waiting in line.
