Hi I am 14 years old and I weigh 180 lbs and I am 5'5 I've tried all kinds of diets and I work out regularly but I'm not involved in any school sports so I don't know if I get the correct amount of exercise....do u have any dieting tips because I'd really like to loose 40 pounds and have more confedance to get a boyfriend....thanks :)
