Amanda, your at a stage where your body is changing a lot. And If you want to lose weight, Eat normal sized meals, and eat small snacks in between. It will keep your metabolism up and you'll burn more calories. Also, exercise. Also, if you don't eat a lot and don't keep your metabolism up, you'll gain some weight. Your at a healthy weight right now, don't go to try and lose 30-60 pounds! And don't do the shots and pills! Those will make it worse! Also, drink water before and during a meal, say no to soda, and maybe join a sport; like volleyball, soccer, or cheer-leading. Just something that you would enjoy. Just try these tips and see how they work. I hope they help!(:
