Hey m 29 and having a baby girl of 3 years old..........i was so thin before my baby approxi 45 kg but now i m 58 kg ,,,my problem is that my lower body is thin as compare to upper i just want to reduce my wt. i m a working as a teacher in a day boarding school and taking dance classes also.....but in evening i feel so tired that neither i dance daily with my students nor i can go for walk...suggest me something,,,,,i m a sweet lover but m trying to reduce my habits of eating sweets ,,,,,,,,
