At 15, you should be careful trying to lose weight! Your body is still growing, inside and out. If your weight is primarily around your waist, it's probably because it's trying to protect your vital organs, and therefore is unlikely to shift, no matter what you do. As long as you eat healthily, and do exercise at least 3 times a week, you should wait until you're fully grown before you start dieting. If you're not careful, you may end up harming your body!!! I'm sure your beautiful just as you are!!!
