How to Lose 30+ Pounds and 10-15% Body Fat in 1 Year Doing This
Do you have an all or nothing attitude? If you only have time to workout 5, 10, or 15 minutes instead of 45-60 minutes would you just skip the workout instead of doing the 5 minutes or so? If you're on a diet and cheat a little would you just go ahead and cheat the rest of the day because you already "blew it?"
