But I have to disagree. Losing weight is a combination of exercise and eating right. You cannot eat whatever you want just because you exercise. Believe me I've tried :) You have to unfortunately have to cut back on a lot of unhealthy junk if you're serious about losing weight, especially if you don't see results as quickly as you'd like.
