Weight Versus Fat Loss - Which Is Healthier?
Our society has taught us that if we are fat, overweight, or obese that we should focus on nothing other than losing weight. There would be nothing wrong with this mentality if it did not encourage diets that cause you to nearly starve yourself, or pills that fill your body with nasty chemicals. See, the goal of most weight loss programs is to starve your body of fat in order to lose weight.
