its all about exercise.
if you exercise enough, you can eat whatever you want.
start off by walking at least one hour a day and gradually transform that time into running.
walk an hour a day for two weeks then run for 5 minutes and walk for 55
then 10/50, 15/45, 20/40/ 25/35/, 30/30, 35/25 all the way to running for an hour.
if you will do this, you can pretty much eat whatever you want and you will get amazingly skinny in just 6 months. its simply taking the time and effort to do it. you cant just wish it into happening. you have to get off your a.s and exercise every single day for the next six months and you will be there.
