Exercises for Obliques
As a certified personal fitness trainer and martial artist, I have seen and performed many exercises with regard to obliques. Today, I have for you my personal favorite exercises for working obliques (aka the love handles). These same exercises are considered to be the most effective at conditioning your obliques. Now, I should mention that if your objective is to get rid of love handles, it is a lot more effective to focus on exercises which reduce excess fat. However, these exercises will improve your core strength and can help you get the v-shaped lines in your waistline area when your body fat gets low.
