22 lbs in one month is crazy unhealthy! You need to have a more realistic approach to weightloss. Besides you are only 14 and your body needs all the nutrition it can get. Don't do anything drastic. Just cut out the junk food for starters. Lesser chips, fried food, soda etc. And try and get exercise in. Play a sport. Go dancing. Go jogging with a friend or swimming!
