There is NO lose weight fast solution. There are obvious unhealthy ways to quickly shed pounds (drugs, throwing up), but these are not the answer. Most people who are heavier actually dont have a lot of fat per say they have WATER. your body holds water when you do not drink enough of it. it is a basic survival instinct - hold it because i may not get it later.
if you are drinking 8+ glasses of WATER... not juice, coffee, and for sure not pop, your body will thank you. I know people who have started eating 3 small meals, 2 healthy snacks (protein at all meals) NO exercise and lots of water.. and then in 2 weeks been down 15 pounds. It sounds like a lot but if it is water is it okay. when it becomes fat your body will stop burning and will take a little longer. 2-3 pounds a week of fat is normal. Don't starve yourselves ! Eat lots ! have a big breakfast. Eggs,whole grains, vitamins, fruit, veggies. If you need to eat bad food eat it on the weekend and your body wont even notice
