Hi Kelly. You really shouldn't be eating only 800 calories a day. It's not healthy at all! Maybe you could try for 1500 calories or more (not going past 1900) a day with exercise. Your body burns a lot of calories naturally per day without you exercising and if you only eat 800 your not going to meet the amount you need to stay healthy.
