Hey. There really is no fast and easy way to lose weight. And please don't even considering dieting (as in restricting food), over exercising, or using pills/shakes/supplements. You are still growing and losing weight the unhealthy way could stunt your growth and development.
Here are some things you can do for now:
* eat more natural foods and less of the processed, sugary, and fatty stuff
* be more active - walk or ride the bike to school, join a sports team, go swimming with friends, walk the dog (if you have one), limit watching TV and surfing the net and go out more
* get enough sleep
* drink a lot of fluids - more of water, homemade fruit/vegetable juices or shakes, less of soda
I know it's hard (I was also teased as a kid) but you can choose not to let their words affect you. Build yourself up -- personality, knowledge, interests, and hobbies. Be with people who love and understand you. Please don't beat yourself up over your weight and your looks. Learn to be beautiful from the inside first.
