Limit Sports Drinks
Although you may be tempted to overindulge your favorite sports drinks since you are running now, I would be careful when drinking them for recreational, non-running, use, as they are not as healthy as what you may believe. Yes, they are good for when you are running and engaging in physical activity, but they carry a lot of sugars and salts that should be watched when not running.
