hey i weigh 145-150 ponds i'm 5'5 and i'm not really looking at the #'s on the scale i'm just want to make my stomach tighter. i'm just trying to lose the unwanted and unnessacery belly fat. i know i'm pretty healthy because i'm a runner and i'm active in more sports but i was just wondering is this a healthy weight? and how do i tone up my stomach?
